When using a regular "Page" is OK:

You want full layout control (e.g. custom sections, image + text arrangements like in your screenshot).

You don’t need the content to be grouped with other blog articles or auto-listed in a blog feed.

You are optimizing SEO yourself (manually writing meta titles/descriptions).
If that’s your goal, then your current setup looks good. Just make sure you go to:
Pages → How it Works → Search engine listing preview (bottom of the page)
