My bag is losing air — what should I do?
First, check the zipper seal by running the slider back and forth, then pressing along the seal with your fingers to ensure it’s fully closed.
- Make sure the valve cap is tightly secured.
- Inspect the bag for any small punctures or tears.
- If you recently moved or handled the bag, some air loss is normal — simply re-vacuum to restore compression.
The zipper slider is missing — what can I do?
Eachpack includes multiple zipper sliders, so you should have extras on hand. To replace, simply slide a new one onto the zipper tracks and close as usual.
The valve seems loose — how do I secure it?
Check that the valve is firmly screwed into place and the cap is tightened after vacuuming. If you see any dust or debris on the valve seal, wipe it clean before reattaching.
